Alyce Zellmer is a counseling associate with Restoration Counseling Center and has her Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy from Liberty University. Before joining RCC, Alyce worked at a non-profit counseling center in the Nashville area where she worked with individuals, couples, and adolescents.
Alyce’s passion is in counseling with individuals and couples whose past trauma’s are interfering with their current lives. While her approach to therapy can best be described as client centered eclectic, Alyce gravitates towards holistic approaches that marry mind, body, and spirit to bring a balanced understanding of the whole person.
Alyce has experience with a wide range of clients from children to septuagenarians. As can be expected with such a variety in age, the variety of struggles that Alyce has worked with is equally varied including anxiety, depression, sexual trauma and abuse, marital conflict, intimacy struggles, and sexuality struggles.
